After the crew of the Enterprise find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction.[Metacritic]

I enjoyed the beginning with the colourful alien planet and the airlock filled with water both were bold great ideas but nothing really matched that afterwards.  It's too long and bombastic,  not everything needs to blow up all the time. They try to give everyone screen time which results in Kirk and Spock not being fleshed out enough and Dr. McCoy being reduced to a clown, why is he spending so much time on the bridge?[Spoiler]Using the Khan story from the original series/movie I didn't like and hopefully they're not going to do that for every movie. Come up with fresh ideas, doing pale imitations of what came before doesn't entertain me.

Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy's hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man? [Marvel Studios]

There was lots of good stuff but a little long and too hectic, the 3D made the action scenes harder to follow. I appreciated it more than loved it.
